Imaging:
US shows multiple hypoechoic or anechoic areas without posterior enhancement in 70% and anechoic foci in 30%
CT and MR show bilateral parotid enlargement with cystic and solid areas
Associated with cervical adenopathy
Enlarged adenoids may be seen
