Branchial cleft cyst: 2nd is most common. Tonsillar fossa to supraclavicular region
Cystic hygroma : Posterior cervical space
Dermoid and epidermoid cysts : Floor of mouth
Thymic cyst : Angle of mandible to sternum
Laryngocele : Associated with malignancy
Cervical bronchogenic cysts : extremely rare
NASOPHARYNX:
Tornwaldt's cyst : incidental lesion
Rathke's pouch: extremely rare
Retension cyst
Lateral nasopharyngeal cyst
FLOOR OF MOUTH:
Ranula (mucus retension cyst)
SUBLINGUAL SPACE:
Ranula (mucus retension cyst)
