Also known as Kuttner tumor
May mimic malignant lesion both clinically and on imaging
Usually involves submandibular gland
Usg shows multiple small hypoechoic foci scattered on heterogeneous background
May be focal with focal hypoechoic heterogeneous lesion
FNA is recommended
